What does DDD mean on TikTok? You’re probably going to be sorry that you asked in the first place. It’s a joke based on a November challenge.

Trying to keep up with all of the different trends on popular social media platforms can easily make you feel like an old fogey, because it’s nigh impossible to do so. It goes beyond just popular slang, too, which you can often use context clues to ascertain the meaning. Like when my wife’s younger cousin says, «No cap, I wasn’t really feeling Endgame,» I don’t have to scrunch my nose up to express my confusion.

But what does DDD mean on TikTok? That required a bit of digging.

What does DDD mean on TikTok? Well, it has a lot to do with a November challenge.

To know what DDD stands for, then you’ll have to know what NNN stands for, and no, it’s not Nutmeg, Nunchucks, and Nachos, which is only one N off from a truly great time (nutmeg can get outta here). NNN is an acronym for «No Nut November,» which is a 30-day challenge some men partake in where they don’t ejaculate.

You may ask yourself: Why would anyone partake in such a challenge? Well, the idea behind NNN is this: Not ejaculating for extended periods reportedly comes with a litany of health benefits, both mental and physical.

Willing participants in No Nut November have sworn that they’ve experienced greater «mental clarity» and focus as a result of not doing the deed. They also said that their self-confidence received a boost, which most likely stems from a sustained practice of control.

It could also be a direct result of all the pent-up testosterone in a person’s body that just keeps them on their toes. Old-school boxers have long touted the practice of not ejaculating for months at a time in the lead-up to a fight in order to «retain their strength.»

Rocky Marciano famously did that, as well as Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, and tons of other professional boxers. So the physical benefits of NNN are increased testosterone and increased athletic performance.

DDD on TikTok starts right after No Nut November.

Well, the joke with NNN is that the longer you go without ejaculating, the more powerful you become. DDD is the «jokey» follow-up No Nut November. Once November is over, you’ll engage in Destroy D–k December, where you pleasure yourself excessively.

This has resulted in tons of TikTok videos that lampoon the exaggerated effects of «DDD» — some people say that partaking in DDD has made them not only lose their superpowers but even forget how to read.

The DDD challenge also seems physically impossible. The idea is to match your ejaculations to the number of days in the month. So you do it once on Dec. 1, twice on Dec. 2, and so on until you’re doing it 31 times on Dec. 31. (Please note: We seriously don’t condone trying that.)

Like any viral trend, a ton of people who have no idea what DDD means are still hashtagging their videos with the three repetitive letters in an attempt at hopping on the bandwagon.

So, did you do NNN? Will you participate in DDD? Is everyone OK?
